She's used to strutting her stuff on catwalks around the globe, but it seems Abbey Crouch can turn anything in to a runway.
The model, 27, headed out in Wilmslow in Cheshire on Tuesday afternoon sporting a pair of cowboy boots with spiky heels.
Abbey's red footwear stood out as she confidently stomped across the pavement after spending some time in a nail bar enjoying a pampering session.
She looked fresh from the special treat but seemed in a rush as she moved quickly while her blonde ponytail waved from side to side.
Her thin frame was on show in a pair of cut off black skinny jeans and a sleeveless top.
Abbey wore large dark sunglasses over her eyes and carried a brown coat over one arm.
Clearly in a rush she chatted on her mobile phone while she showed off her bran new set of perfectly manicured blue nails.
She took big strides in the boots as she made a beeline for her car before she jumped inside and drove off.
Abbey recently returned from a holiday to Dubai where she spent quality time with her daughter Sophia.
And she's wasted no time in catching up with her friends as soon as she got back.
The TV star was last seen picked up a giant haul of balloons while preparing for a friend's baby shower.
It seemed to be a case of last-minute shopping for the mother-of-one, with the generous star also spotted stocking up on numerous gifts at Mamas & Papas and The White Company before heading off to help her best friend Caran Doyle celebrate her special day.
But with Abbey's hands full as she carried the bags and balloons to her car, husband Peter was left toting her designer handbag.
The star, who is mum to two-year-old daughter Sophia, recently admitted she was pleased the family had relocated back up North as it meant she could spend more time with her friends and family.
She told the Sunday People: 'Peter and I used to live in Surrey where we weren't that near to either of our families. But now I'm living in the North again it's so much easier.
'My family are a lot closer so they help a lot. I am really, really lucky for having this situation. It's nice for me to be around them too and to be nearer to my friends in Liverpool.
